Support & Safety

Crisis resources

Support is available right now, at any hour, from people trained to help.

A crisis is not something you have to face alone, and reaching out is not an overreaction. Every line below is run by an organization outside our practice. They are free, confidential, and open to anyone, whether or not you are a patient of The Sanctuary & Co.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, having thoughts of suicide, or feel you may be in immediate danger, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency department. The Sanctuary does not provide emergency or crisis services.
